Privacy Notice
How we handle personal data as a UK performance lead-generation network, in line with UK GDPR and PECR.
Last updated: June 2026
Who we are
6AM CA (“we”, “us”) operates the website 6amca.com and a UK performance lead-generation network. For questions about this notice or your personal data, contact us at hello@6amca.com.
Our role under data protection law
Our role depends on the data in question. Where advertisers capture enquiry details on their own landing-page forms, the advertiser is the controller of that personal data. Publishers are controllers of their own marketing databases and ad audiences. We act as a controller for the tracking data we process (such as click identifiers, IP address, device data and cookies) to attribute, de-duplicate and validate leads.
What data we collect
- Tracking data: click IDs, IP address, device and browser data, and cookie identifiers used for attribution and fraud prevention.
- Contact data you send us directly, for example when you email us as an advertiser or publisher.
- Site analytics data, collected only where you have given consent.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- To attribute, de-duplicate and validate leads, and to prevent fraud — our legitimate interests in operating a reliable network.
- To respond to your enquiry — our legitimate interests and/or steps to enter into a contract.
- To measure site performance via analytics — your consent.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies to operate the site, and analytics and attribution cookies only where you consent. See our Cookie Policy for details and to manage your choices.
Sharing your data
We may share data with our tracking platform provider and other service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate contracts, and with advertisers and publishers as needed to run campaigns. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these, email hello@6amca.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
